Chloe Dolandis (born 21 February 1985) is an American singer-songwriter, voice actor and TV host. An independent artist, her 2011 debut album, Bring Back The Fever, was penned by Dolandis and her writing team, and produced and engineered by Grammy winner Zach Ziskin. Within one week of its release, the jazz-pop-soul album was listed as number 19 in the Top 300 iTunes Jazz Album Downloads (www.top100musicdownloads.com). The video of her first single, “New Suit“, was totally self-produced, directed and shot by Dolandis, her mother and a friend. “New Suit” is the official song of Dress for Success Palm Beaches, a charitable organization with whom she partners. __NOTOC__ == Childhood and early beginnings == Born in New York and raised in North Miami Beach and Boca Raton by her dancer-actress-singer mother and musician-teacher father, Dolandis began studying dance at age five. She entered the world of musical theatre when she was seven at a community theatre summer camp, turning pro at age ten as the understudy in Annie Warbucks at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. Throughout high school she starred in musical theatre productions and won local and state awards as a member of the International Thespian Society. In 2004 Dolandis was the first place winner of the Boca Raton/South Florida Chapter’s Musical Theatre Competition for the National Society of Arts and Letters. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2007 from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Arts and Humanities, with minors in Commercial Music and Communications.
